Who made these boxes?
My current position at Maritime Paper is a Production Supervisor.
Maritime Paper (MPP) has provided me with all the tools and resources to advance my career. My work environment is very rewarding because we succeed as a team here at MPP, always taking on challenges head-on and working together to achieve our goals.
My role is to help motivate, coach, teach, and lead our employees to be the best they can be for themselves and our customers.
I have been with Maritime Paper for 19 years (20 in October) and sincerely appreciate everything MPP has done to help me get to where I am now.
I have been working in this plant for 19 years; I started in Planning, and about ten years in came over to the Quality Lab full-time.
I do many different things with testing our products and also with the Compliance Lead to ensure we comply with many of our certificates. I do things to help out with sales, doing board analysis. In our testing, we have to ensure that we are keeping up with the standards that we have set, so we test our raw material and our finished products, and we test in the middle of the process.
It is a great job, there is always something different coming up, and I like the people I work with, and it is a great company.
I primarily focus on nurturing and managing supplier relationships to ensure our materials’ reliability, quality, and competitive pricing. I am dedicated to implementing cost-containment strategies and optimizing procurement processes to drive efficiency and minimize expenses for the company.
At Maritime Paper Products, I am privileged to work in a culture that values camaraderie and mutual respect among all team members. Here, collaboration is at the heart of our success, and I find great fulfillment in contributing to an environment where every individual’s contributions are valued and recognized.
Since joining the team, there’s been a seamless integration into the company’s ethos and culture. The sense of belonging and fulfillment I experience here is unparalleled.
Join our progressive and dynamic team.
We believe that hiring the best people results in superior packaging and stronger relationships with our customers.
